Designed for use in a wide variety of pipetting applications, compatibility with Gilson,Eppendorf,Finland pipettors.High quality PP material, autoclavable, the lightweight of pipette tip to reduce the plastic pollution .Various color optional easy to indentify.Sterile and non-sterile are available. It has a scale for quick volume inspection.
With filter pipette tips, there is a usually white filter at the top of the pipette tips. Because of the existence of the filter , the sampled material can not enter the inner part of the pipettor, so as to protect the parts of the pipettor from contamination or even corrosion, and more importantly, to ensure that there is no cross-contamination between the samples. Therefore, the filter pipette tip is also an important tool for removing volatile and corrosive samples.
Volume:10μl,200μl,300μl,1000μl,5000μl
Color:neutral, yellow,blue
Sterile: non-sterile, gammar sterile
Attention:
1.Install the pipette tip to the pipettor and tighten it left and right. Repeated tapping of the pipettor to install the pipette tip will easily cause the tip cone to wear out, which will cause the leakage of liquid or affect the accuracy of the pipettor, and seriously cause the front end of the tip cone to c-rack.
2.Suitable pipette tip: In order to ensure better accuracy and precision, it is recommended that the liquid transfer should be within the range of 35% - 100% of the pipette tip.
3. Pipette tip immersion angle and depth:pipette tip immersion angle should be controlled within 20 degrees of inclination and kept vertical. Suggestions for pipette tip immersion depth are as follows:
2μl and 10μl--- 1 mm
20μl and 100μl--- 2-3 mm
200μl and 1000μl--- 3-6 mm
5000μl and 10 ml--- 6-10 mm
The pipette tip is too deeply immersed - easy to form wall droplets and transfer with the sample. Pipette tip immersion is too shallow - prone to vortices or bubbles, resulting in insufficient suction volume.
4. For normal temperature samples, sufficient suction and drainage 2-3 times, wetting and washing the pipette tip before transferring liquid can form a liquid film on the inner wall of the pipette tip, which can reduce the absorption of the sample by the pipette tip, thus improving the accuracy of the pipettor and ensuring the repeatability and consistency of the transferring operation. But for high temperature or low temperature samples, washing the pipette tip can reduce the accuracy of operation. Users should pay special attention to it.
5.It is suggested that the inclination angle should be between 10 and 45 degrees. It is necessary to press the button of the pipettor to the second stop point at one time, otherwise the liquid will remain in the pipette tips.
