Adjustable pipettor is a new type of precision measuring instrument. It is suitable for extracting and adding liquids such as blood in laboratory and production analysis of medical, teaching, chemical and scientific research departments.This product is based on the principle of air displacement, which produces negative pressure by fixed range movement in piston sleeve and inhales quantitative liquid. Beautiful appearance, light and easy to use, precise liquid transfer, the product was calibrated by 0.01mg electronic analysis balance.Easy to calibrate and maintain with tool supplied.Available in partial and fully autoclavable(121℃ for 20min). The use of multi-channel pipettor can not only reduce the number of operation times of the experimental operators, but also improve the precision of sampling.

Attention:
1.Pipettor is a precision measuring device. It is not allowed to contact liquid directly. When not in use, it should be inserted with pipetter tips and put vertically to keep the pipe clean.
2.The working room temperature is(20±5)℃
3.Rotate the counting shaft , adjust the required capacity, and display it in the counter window.
4.In case of insufficient suction and obstructed drainage, do not disassemble and send it to us for maintenance.
Performance testing and recalibration:
Performance test (check and calibration)/Weighing must be at 20-25 ℃
1. Setting the required transferring range
2. Tighten the pipette tips carefully
3. Distilled water in a beaker weighed by a 1/100000 balance . The results are recorded at least five times.
4. Suction carefully and keep the pipettor upright
5. Hole calibration tool in calibration adjustment lock
6. Rotate counterclockwise to reduce or clockwise to increase the volume of liquid.
7. Repeat the performance test steps to check the calibration until accurate results are obtained.
Maintenance:
1. If not used, the range of the pipettor should be adjusted to the maximum scale, so that the spring is in a relaxed state to protect the spring.
2. Calibration can be carried out by repeatedly weighing distilled water in an environment of 20-25℃.
3. Check for leakage when using. The method is to suck the liquid and suspend it vertically for a few seconds to see if the liquid level drops. If the leak occurs, the reasons are as follows:
a. Does the pipette tips match.
b. Whether the spring piston is normal.
c. If it is a volatile liquid (as many organic solvents), it may be a problem of saturated vapor pressure. The liquid can be sucked several times before it is transferred.
d. Clean and disinfect the pipettor. To clean and disinfect the pipettor, only spray alcohol on the surface of the pipettor and dry it with a soft cloth. It is recommended that the pipette tips also be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
